Pricing is informational. Fees reflect preparation time, written briefs, and session delivery. No payment is taken on this website.

What influences the final fee
The Leadership Pathway price is fixed for the standard twelve-week scope. Extended stakeholder mapping across multiple business units, or additional interview simulations beyond the package, are quoted separately before work begins.
Travel for in-person sessions outside the immediate Baden-Württemberg area may add a day rate and expenses, agreed in writing first.
A Promotion Readiness Session fee can be credited toward a Leadership Pathway started within 60 days.
