Duration: 12 weeks
Format: In person in Baden-Württemberg or video sessions across Germany
Fee: From €2,850 — Fixed package price; payment in two instalments available
Delivered by: Senior career consultants with experience advising women in German Mittelstand and corporate settings.

- Initial career and role audit (90 minutes)
- Bi-weekly consulting sessions (six sessions, 60 minutes each)

Together we define the target role profile, capability gaps, and a twelve-week sequence of actions tied to real calendar milestones.

You rehearse leadership conversations, build a portfolio of decision examples, and refine how you present results to German hiring panels.

We prepare your offer or promotion conversation, including title, scope, and compensation ranges common in your sector.
How to prepare
Bring a current job description, recent appraisal notes if available, and a short list of roles you are watching. No formal application materials are required before the first session.
Practical constraints
Engagements are limited to six concurrent clients. Sessions are held in English; German-language materials can be reviewed on request.
