Services described

API Gateway Lab provides career advancement consulting for women moving into leadership roles in Germany. Website descriptions of consultations, rates, and timelines are informational. A binding engagement begins only when both parties confirm scope in writing (email is sufficient).

No employment guarantee

Consulting supports preparation for promotion, negotiation, and leadership transition. We do not guarantee job offers, promotions, salary outcomes, or specific organisational decisions.

No legal advice

Our work is career consulting, not legal representation. Questions under German employment law should be directed to a qualified attorney or your works council.

Intellectual property

Website content, written pathway briefs, and session materials created by API Gateway Lab remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing. Clients may retain and use materials produced for their personal career use. Redistribution or resale of materials is not permitted.

Client responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information about your role and constraints, attend scheduled sessions or give reasonable notice of cancellation, and use materials for lawful personal career purposes only.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, API Gateway Lab is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the website or from career decisions you make after consulting. Our aggregate liability related to a paid engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement, except where liability cannot be limited under German law (including intent or gross negligence, and injury to life, body, or health).

Website availability

We aim to keep the site available but do not warrant uninterrupted access. Content may change without notice.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. Courts in the jurisdiction of our place of business shall have venue where permitted by law, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections.
