Data we collect

When you submit the intake form, we process your name, email address, optional consultation preference, preferred start window, and the content of your message. If you engage us, we may process additional career information you choose to share (role history, appraisal notes, organisational context) solely to deliver consulting.

Technical data such as IP address, browser type, and approximate access times may be processed via server logs and, if you accept analytics cookies, via analytics tools described in our cookie notice.

Purposes and legal bases

We process intake data to respond to your enquiry and, where applicable, to prepare a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). Practice administration and legitimate communication rely on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. Cookie non-essential processing occurs only with consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).

Retention

Unsuccessful enquiries are typically deleted or anonymised within 12 months. Engagement records are retained for the duration of the consulting relationship and thereafter as required for accounting and legal obligations under German law (often up to 10 years for certain commercial records).

Recipients

We do not sell personal data. Processors (for example email or hosting providers) may access data under contract. We share data with third parties only where required by law or necessary to deliver the engagement you requested.

International transfers

If a processor stores data outside the European Economic Area, we require appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses or an adequacy decision.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and objection to processing based on legitimate interests. Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw consent at any time without affecting prior lawful processing. You may lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, including the authority in Baden-Württemberg.
